Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit full length papers. All submissions must be original and may not be under consideration by another publication.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

• Authors should submit Full paper, not just an Abstract in pdf format only.
• Papers submitted through Microsoft CMT will only be considered.
• Paper Formatting and Margins: Please carefully follow the template for specifications.
• Please do not include page numbers. The same will be inserted during preparation of proceedings.
• Restrict the Similarity Index below 10%
• Please ensure that all the figures are of 300 DPI resolutions.
• For Latex users: LaTeX users need not submit an MS word file. Instead, they need to include the source files in a folder and include this folder in the camera-ready zip file submitted.
